The end of an era has finally come, as New York Giants‘ veteran quarterback Eli Manning has is preparing to schedule a press conference to officially announce his retirement from the NFL.

With Manning being replaced by Daniel Jones this past season, Manning finished his professional career with a victory over the Miami Dolphins.

Manning will be known for not only his impeccable image as a Giant but his two Super Bowl victories over the New England Patriots, one of which was against a team considered to be one of the best in NFL history. Manning’s retirement will come on the back of multiple losing seasons, but his legacy will forever live on, and no thanks to Jerry Reese’s inept drafting skills.

Eli Manning’s career achievements:

  • 2x Super Bowl winner

  • 2x Super Bowl MVP

  • 57,023 passing yards (7th all-time)

  • 366 passing TD (7th all-time)

  • 4x Pro Bowler

  • Walter Payton Man of the Year winner in 2016

  • Never missed a game due to injury

  • 13x team captain

Thank you Eli, you will always have a place in our hearts.
