The Brooklyn Nets are the hottest team in the NBA right now, mainly because of Kevin Durant’s MVP play.
So, it was just fitting for FOCO to celebrate the Nets superstar’s continued rise as a future Hall of Famer with a limited city edition bobblehead.
The painstakingly handcrafted and hand-painted piece of artwork portrays Durant wearing his City Edition gameday uniform in an action pose, ready to drop his signature silky-smooth jumper.
The thematic base, inspired by the late Brooklyn native and renowned artist Jean-Michel Basquiat, features the iconic Brooklyn bridge as the main backdrop. Basquiat’s name is emblazoned on the base above the team as a homage to one of Brooklyn’s finest artists.
Durant has 16 30-point games this season, tied for the fourth-most in the league, leading the Nets to a remarkable turnaround from a 2-7 start to the third seed in the Eastern Conference with a 20-12 record.
The Nets have won seven straight and 11 of their past 12 games.
Durant is averaging 30.1 points, marking the first time he’s scoring above 30 per game since the 2013-14 season. To play his best stretch of basketball in nine years and two years since a devastating Achilles injury is legendary.
Commemorate this incredible season Durant is having with the limited bobblehead edition. Only 100 are now available for pre-order at FOCO’s official website.
