The New York Yankees can’t catch a break, as relief arm Zack Britton suffered a wrist injury that came back negative on MRIs. With Luis Severino already missing the entire 2020 campaign after undergoing Tommy John surgery and James Paxton missing several months with a cyst in his lower back, the Yankees pitching corps is quickly being torn apart by the injury bug.

The injury to Britton’s wrist doesn’t seem to be anything too serious, which is a positive sign as Opening Day grows closer and closer. Hopefully, he will be good to return against the Baltimore Orioles on March 26.
