Texans Randall Cobb Does a Good Job On and Off the Field

Randall Cobb

Randall Cobb is a veteran wide receiver, and with that comes such maturity and leadership during game time, which extends to off the field as well.

Cobb is such a supportive teammate and ensures that he helps out the younger players be their best selves in the game of football and beyond.  He leads not only with his words but by example.

Cobb comes from a tight-knit family with a wonderful mother who clearly raised him right, and now he is doing the same with his family.  A doting father to his adorable two sons Caspian and Cade, and loving husband to his supportive wife, Aiyda.  He loves them with all his heart, and it shows.  The two are powerhouses, and their family dynamic of being good role models to their kids is truly admirable and one that we should all strive for.

Cobb is an active member in the community, often working with multiple charities, including Blessings in a Backpack.  Knowing just how vital a healthy and nutritious meal is, Cobb provided meals for kids at his former elementary school to have when school is not in session during the weekends.

Cobb also partnered with Campbell’s Chunky Soup to donate 50,000 bowls of soup to those less fortunate at Paul’s Pantry.  Each summer, Cobb hosts a football camp for youth grades 1-8, teaching them essential skills to excel in football and life in general.

Along with former Packers Green Bay teammate Jordy Nelson, Cobb paid the purchases of Packers fans at the Pro Shop.  He has also showcased a cause important to him SHARP Literacy, which encourages STEAM learning for students.  Cobb and his wife have also brought awareness to childhood cancer and have actively worked to support the Black Lives Matter movement.  When the holidays arrive, Cobb takes local kids on a shopping spree to brighten their days.  The difference Cobb has made to so many is truly remarkable!

Classy, kind, sweet, caring-a true game-changer are just some of the things that describe Cobb.  He is truly a wonderful guy and such a difference-maker both on the field and off of it!
