Former NFL Receiver K.J. Brent Represents What’s “Write” in the World

Since leaving the NFL, former NFL wide receiver K.J. Brent has had much-continued success.

Currently, Brent writes a blog called The Untamed Mind (theuntamedmind.com), which serves as a platform for Brent to share his thoughts and feelings on different topics.  Brent’s essays are thought-provoking and so poignantly discuss the topic at hand.  They evoke all kinds of emotions and are heartfelt, honest and sincere.  Some are utterly heartwarming and beautiful like the one in which he so wonderfully describes the sweet story of how he met his lovely wife Chelsea.  The expectant parents are a power couple and share a bond like no other.   This will bring tears to the eyes of anyone who should be so lucky as to read it.  On Brent’s YouTube Channel you will also find some feel-good videos including ways to relieve stress, the Brents 10 year anniversary montage and more fun vlogs.

Brent, a true Renaissance man also takes utterly amazing, award-worthy photographs.  These photographs express the beauty that the world has to offer and good in life.  They are truly entrancing and transport you to another realm.

Brent also co-created A Player’s List, playlists formulated by athletes to share music that tells a story and helps shape us.

The Brents are truly class acts and give back in any way they can.  When Brent was with the Indianapolis Colts, they put together a fundraiser to benefit kids at Riley Children’s Hospital during Christmas time.  He also has helped provide meals to those in need, visited a juvenile detention center to speak with the youth and inspire them to be great, participated in 5k runs to raise money for pediatric cancer, the list of good deeds goes on!

Brent is truly one of a kind-full of talent, kindness, humility, grace and class and one of the nicest people you will meet.  There are honestly not enough positive words to describe him and his amazing family!  His blog is something everyone should read as we all could use a little positivity during thee trying times!
