New York Yankee minor leaguers have been asked to self-quarantine in their spring residences and hotels, per reports. This comes in the wake of a Yankee minor-leaguer being diagnosed with COVID-19 earlier on Sunday.
Players will be quarantined for the next two weeks. Food will be brought directly to their rooms so they do not have to leave. Team facilities will continue to be deep cleaned, and major leaguers will still be welcome on the spring complex for the meantime.
This is a developing story.
