Former New York Yankees reliever Dellin Betances has signed with the New York Mets.

Betances, 31, appeared in just one game in the 2019 season with the Yankees due to injury. He had a 2.70 ERA in 2018.

The righty out of Brooklyn will head to Queens to get his career back on track. At this time, we don’t know the length and value of his contract.

UPDATE (1:27pm)- The Mets have signed Betances to a one year deal. He has a player option for the 2021 season, and another player option for the 2022 season if he picks up the first option.
