Injuries

New York Rangers

Filip Chytil – Concussion/Upper Body – OUT (On IR)

Chytil is still dealing with his concussion recovery. He has been skating recently so that is a good sign of how his concussion recovery is going.

Adam Fox – Knee/Lower Body – OUT (On LTIR)

Fox is still on LTIR, so he will obviously not play tonight. It is a good sign that he is finally practicing with the team which is a positive and is looking close to being activated off of LTIR soon.

Buffalo Sabres

Zemgus Girgensons – Lower Body – OUT (On IR)

Jack Quinn – Achilles – OUT (On IR)

Tage Thompson – Upper Body – OUT (On IR)

Jordan Greenway – Personal – OUT (Should be back on the November 30th game against the St. Louis Blues)

Mattias Samuelsson – Upper Body – Questionable (Day To Day)

Prediction: New York Rangers 5 – Buffalo Sabres 0

The Sabers have a lot of exciting youth players who are intriguing for the future, but this year will not be their year. Especially with the amount of injuries that the team has and the Sabres are sorely missing Tage Thompson who is the face of that franchise. After an embarrassing game against the New Jersey Devils, things won’t get better when the Sabres face the Blueshirts at MSG. This one should be another blowout where the Rangers take care of business.
