New York Giants Rookies Give Hospitalized Kids’ Spirits a Treat for Halloween

This Halloween, the rookies of the New York Giants did something truly SPOOKtacular, they visited patients at Joseph M. Sanzari Children’s Hospital and the Children’s Cancer Institute of Hackensack University Medical Center in New Jersey.

The rookies walked into the patients’ rooms adorned with smiles and cheer, bringing joy to all they visited.  They alleviated and eased the days of these kids.  They gave these kids a day of pure bliss, allowing them to enjoy the holiday and bask in the comfort the rookies offered with their kindness and generosity!  They made the days of these patients and in turn that made the rookies days, as each of them could not stop grinning from ear to ear!

This warmed the hearts of everyone involved, including the staff, fans of the New York Giants, the rookies and most importantly the patients and their families!  A good day was had by all and it showed!

The New York Giants are one of the classiest organizations in the National Football League!  Each and every rookie has the heart of a Giant and are class acts for doing such a wonderful thing!  The smallest of gestures can mean so much to someone struggling and going through hard times and for them to try and lessen the burdens they face for even just a small amount of time can really and truly make a difference in their lives.

This Halloween wasn’t full of darkness and tricks, but rather resplendent with light and treats for all!
