NEW YORK GIANTS – J.T. Thomas was underrated for his performance on the field and should be recognized not only for his talents but for his kindness as well. Thomas was originally drafted by the Chicago Bears in the 6th round of the 2011 NFL draft from West Virginia. He then was with the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2013 and finally came to the New York Giants as a free agent on March 11th, 2015. His work as a linebacker is something to talk about and so is his philanthropy.
J.T. Thomas has contributed so much to the field and beyond. Thomas accompanied a disabled 8th-grade girl to her school’s prom in Morgantown, West Virginia. He also provided a young boy the chance of a lifetime when he gave the 14-year old who suffers from epilepsy, tickets to Super Bowl XLVI. He also holds football camps each year to teach kids about what they can do to be a pivotal part of their community both on the field and off. Â
Despite being out of football, Thomas is still working hard as ever to be the best he can be both mentally and physically. Thomas is intent on empowering and uplifting others and does so through his football camps and beyond. He is a true go-getter and works at unifying the community and spreading love and positivity to all! Thomas is an entrepreneur and his mindset has carried him to achieve success beyond football! He is also an investor and attends events, immersing himself in the world of finance encouraging other football players to do so, so that when they retire they are adept at handling the business aspect of things!
Still to this day, Thomas supports his former teammates and is genuinely glad and happy when they accomplish something whether it be in the game of football or in life itself!
Thomas has an adorable French bulldog named Glory who has her own Instagram @glory_pory! He is a loving parent to her and they have an unbreakable bond.
Thomas is a class act! His contributions to society and his kind nature are truly admirable. He always has a smile on his face and his zest for life is truly infectious! Thomas will forever be one of the greatest to ever play the game of football, but what we all admire most about him are his heart and his kind demeanor! Â
